payments are made through PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account to order, as
there is the option to pay at the checkout using your debit or credit card.
All payments are 100% safe due to them being made through PayPal. Payments are in GBP, and for international sellers, the money will be converted for you once you have paid. If you would like to know the full amount in your currency before paying, then you can use a simple currency converter online ( http://www.xe.com/currencyconverter/ )
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Service. All prices vary depending on the contents/size of each parcel, if you would like to know the fees, then you can simply add the items to your basket, select your country and the price of shipping will be shown at the checkout before you pay for anything.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING- all worldwide items other than UK are sent by Air Mail via Royal Mail. Shipping dates vary depending on location.
Delivery to Europe from UK- 3-5 days after dispatch time
Delivery to Rest of the World in 5-7 days after dispatch time
Please allow anything up to 2 weeks for jewellery items to be created and sent to you, up to 3 weeks for phone cases (due to the nature of everything being hand-made this all takes time especially the painting and drying of phone cases)
Please double check that all delivery addresses are correct when making payment, as we cannot alter addresses on orders once placed. The address has to be correct though Paypal as this address overrides the one typed into the website.

I do not offer refunds on phone cases unless they are faulty. If you have received a faulty order, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order, including an image of the faulty item and the order details. We offer replacements for phone cases when notified exactly a day after delivery, and repairs/replacements on jewellery/clothing (also 1 day after delivery). Please notify us through email via email@example.com before sending ANY orders back due to them being faulty. Please include your order number and details, and retain your proof of postage.
Any returns received which are damaged due to customers negligence will not be refunded. We will also be unable to refund customers for any parcels returned without order details enclosed. It is your duty to ensure the parcel is returned to us safely, and in the condition you received it in.
If the clothing you have ordered doesn’t fit/it is faulty, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with full details of your order, order no, items ordered, and reason for wanting to return and we will get back to you as soon as we are able to.
We will not refund the postage costs incurred by the buyer when placing their order or returning the items.

this website asking if I can make it for you, and I will help as much as I can
to create what case you would like
Q. What if I want different colours on my case?
A. just contact me letting me know what colours you would like (just purchase a random colour e.g. pastel/summer/black and white, and then just email me with your name and order number, letting me know which colours you would like and I can make this happen for you!
Q. How long will it take for my case to arrive?
A. PLEASE be patient. Once I receive your order, I have to paint every single case by myself, which takes an hour for most, some custom ones even longer. I then have to allow a few days drying time, then package the case for you, ship it to you, and then wait for it to arrive at your address, it can take anything between 3&4 weeks during busy periods especially approaching christmass, as I have A LOT of other orders prior to the one that you put through, so please have consideration for this.
Q. Why hasn't my case arrived yet?
A. If your case hasn't arrived after 3 weeks from when you purchased online, please do send me an email letting me know your name and order number. It is most likely that I have got backed up with orders, which means I will be a little behind, but you should never have to wait any longer than 3-4 weeks.
Q. Do you ship to Ireland/other countries?
